POSITION

Internal Operations Manager | VVIP Royal Estate

LOCATION

Private Estate, UAE

The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local

Purpose

The Internal Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day internal operations, projects, and schedules of a prestigious royal estate, acting as the Principal's direct gatekeeper. This position blends the responsibilities of an Executive PA with strong operational oversight, ensuring seamless communication between departments, exceptional property presentation, and consistently high standards of hospitality and service.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • Background in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality environments
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and guest service excellence
  • Exceptional taste and attention to detail in property presentation and service delivery
  • Experience handling complex travel arrangements and scheduling
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with discretion and authority
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple events and tasks simultaneously
  • Skilled in report writing, operational updates, and administrative documentation
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic (spoken and written) highly regarded
  • Highly educated, polished, and articulate
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital task management tools
DUTIES
  • Oversee and report on daily household operations to ensure world-class service delivery
  • Serve as the sole liaison and gatekeeper to the Principal, managing all access and communication
  • Receive all communication directed to the Principal and relay updates accurately and discreetly
  • Convey the Principal's instructions to the Management Team and follow up on completion
  • Monitor and uphold the highest standards of property presentation, décor, and ambiance
  • Coordinate schedules, travel, events, and projects, ensuring smooth execution at all times
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and implement continuous service improvements
  • Prepare and present operational reports, updates, and performance reviews
  • Mentor, guide, and motivate staff to maintain consistently high standards
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed
  • Travel with the Principal as required
