Job description

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring of the movement of the University's funds in banks and funds.
• Monitor the movement of the University's assets in warehouses and pay close attention to its inventory.
• Auditing the payment voucher prior disbursement, journal entries before recording, and all receipt vouchers.
• Check marking financial commitments with available financial provisions.
• Verification of the integrity of final financial statements prior submission to the appropriate authorities.
• Ensure that the financial provision is within the University's budget and does not exceed it.
• Submit yearly report to the board of trustees for review and approval.
