Are you naturally inquisitive and passionate about governance, internal audit, and driving operational integrity? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Compliance Associate – Governance to support our compliance initiatives across parks and attractions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct periodic stock counts in Miral-owned/managed retail outlets and warehouse locations.
  • Review F&B and retail refunds, voids, and wastage.
  • Support the development and monitoring of compliance dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
  • Assist in policy and procedure reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze gaps from risk registers, audit reports, and compliance assessments.
  • Perform due diligence checks for vendors and third parties.
  • Track governance-related tasks and follow-up actions from audits.
  • Assist with internal documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Travel between parks/attractions as required.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • CIA certification (completed or in final stages).
  • 3+ years of experience in internal audit.
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, or theme park audit (preferred).
  • Additional certifications like CISA, ACFE, CIMA, or ACCA are a plus.
