Internal Communications & Events Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
The Internal Communications and Events Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic internal communications framework that enhances employee engagement, fosters transparency, and ensures alignment with Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s vision and objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Develop and implement an internal communications strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Ensure timely, clear, and effective communication of key corporate messages.
3. Establish and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and town halls.
4. Develop and maintain content that enhances employee engagement and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
5. Own the internal communications displayed on office screens, screensavers, desktop backgrounds, and other visual communication tools.
6. Support leaders in enhancing their internal presence and communication effectiveness.
7. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure strategic alignment in all internal messaging.
8. Draft executive messages, speeches, and presentations for internal audiences.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
3. Experience in managing internal events and corporate messaging.
4. Proven experience in writing executive communications and managing internal communication platforms.
5. Background in entertainment, hospitality, or a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
6. Certification in corporate communications or event management is a plus.
