Internal Auditor - Preparation of Finance Policies and Procedure

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft clear, concise, and standardized finance and accounting policies and policy notes in alignment with group objectives
• Ensure all drafted documents are compliant with IFRS and reflect best practices
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Audit, Operations, etc.) to gather input, address feedback, and align on final versions
• Coordinate and follow up with various departments to ensure timely review and sign-off
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for all policy-related materials
• Support knowledge transfer and training sessions, if required, once policies are finalized

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in drafting finance and accounting policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and its application in corporate settings
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
