An established industry player is seeking a skilled Internal Auditor with extensive experience in the real estate sector. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with CPA, CIA, or ACCA certifications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in internal auditing and a deep understanding of UAE tax laws and corporate governance. Job Details:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or ACCA certification is strongly preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, or financial compliance within the UAE.
  3. MUST be from Real Estate industry.
  4. Deep knowledge of UAE tax laws, IFRS, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks.
  5. Proven experience in auditing real estate transactions, contract management, procurement, and operational processes.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, detect fraud, and recommend process improvements.
  7. Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.
