Job Description

1. Support the Head of Internal Audit in conducting audits of all systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, following the Department's audit plans.
2. Adhere to the internal audit plan within the timeline provided by the department head.
3. Assist in developing a risk profile for the company and preparing the annual audit plan.
4. Review existing procedures and systems, propose improvements, and include findings in the audit report.
5. Evaluate the adequacy of controls to ensure compliance with policies and business objectives.
6. Assist in preparing audit working papers according to standards.
7. Analyze internal audit controls within the organization.
8. Review new operational systems before installation to ensure proper functioning and controls.
9. Help prepare reports for the Audit Committee and follow up on management's responses to audit recommendations.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Internal Auditor or senior officials.
11. Participate in surprise cash and inventory audits as required.
12. Assist in analyzing and evaluating the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
