Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a proactive graduate or final-year student to support the MEA Pricing Excellence team. You will help with competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and pricing capability initiatives, combining research, analytics, and knowledge management to strengthen commercial insights across the zone.

You will contribute to the Pricing Academy, PMO tracking, and community engagement, while collaborating with MarCom on pricing communications and dashboards.

• Document end-to-end pricing journey, processes, tools, systems, and governance.
• Maintain Pricing Academy content and related SharePoint resources.
• Provide PMO support for pricing upskilling projects with milestone tracking.
• Create pricing communications, dashboards, and presentations with MarCom.
• Engage the MEA Pricing & Quotation community through knowledge sharing.

Role Purpose

Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI capabilities) to improve research, content creation, analytics, and productivity.
• Growth mindset with strong learning agility.
• Structured, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Background

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in market intelligence, pricing, commercial excellence, and project management.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, or similar digital tools is a plus.
