Job Description

The primary responsibility of the PMO Coordinator will be to provide project support and assist in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to, document management, planning, risk or financial management.

  1. Sets up and maintains all project/program documentation.
  2. Co-ordinate the following: data collection from all members of the projects, consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders, maintaining document control for the Program’s governance.
  3. Organize periodic reviews in collaboration with the Project Manager, prepare status reports with clear presentation of the status of the projects.
  4. Track all identified action points with individual stakeholders for closure. Build good relationships with stakeholders and proactively follow-up for closure.
  5. Coordinate with customer Project Manager, organize meetings and represent Bosch team and anchor meetings.
  6. Meet customer project manager and team periodically in person to assure the customer.
  7. Periodically visit customer location and push for pending deliverables from the customer side.
  8. Understand customer concerns and address them by defining an action plan in collaboration with the offshore project manager.
  9. Participate in project workshops and anchor from customer location.
  10. Project periodic feedback collection from the customer.
  11. Pending PO, SOW, Milestone approval and payments follow-up with the customer.
  12. Support in presales, customer presentations, demos.
  13. Discuss with the customer and understand their IT landscape and look for mining/cross-selling possibilities.
Qualifications

Graduation with first class grades.

Additional Information

Added advantage if worked earlier as PMO Coordinator. Experience of supporting projects focused on SAP, Custom Applications, Data Analytics, etc. would be an added advantage. Strong skillsets in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge and experience in MS Projects would be an added advantage.
