Human Resources Team in Jumeirah
Burj Al Arab . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Provide candidates and colleagues with a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience during all HR interactions.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events to enhance the workplace culture.
- Possess growing knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to answer basic employee queries accurately and efficiently.
- Support HR initiatives by promoting wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting with system updates.
- Consistently uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence to enhance the HR department’s support and reputation.
About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
- Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or any other luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
- Available to start in August.
