About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join the Human Resources Team at Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing candidates and colleagues with a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience during all HR interactions.
  • Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events to enhance workplace culture.
  • Possessing growing knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to answer basic employee queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting HR initiatives by promoting wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting with system updates.
  • Upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence to enhance the HR department’s support and reputation.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Being a student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
  • Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
  • Availability to start in August.
