About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join the Human Resources Team in Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  1. Provide candidates and colleagues with a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience during all HR interactions.
  2. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events to enhance the workplace culture.
  3. Possess growing knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to answer basic employee queries accurately and efficiently.
  4. Support HR initiatives by promoting wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.
  5. Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting with system updates.
  6. Consistently uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence to enhance the HR department’s support and reputation.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  1. A student at a hospitality school or a recent graduate.
  2. Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
  4. Available to start in August or September.
