About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties include:

1. Displaying a friendly and professional manner in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
2. Assisting guests with inquiries about the hotel, facilities, and events.
3. Inspecting VIP guest rooms prior to arrival.
4. Ensuring the lobby is staffed and covering shifts for lobby duty as per the roster.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Being a student at a hospitality school or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to start in August or September.
