About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing guests with a unique and outstanding experience, ensuring all interactions are friendly and professional.
• Welcoming and orienting guests warmly while delivering effective and efficient service.
• Possessing extensive knowledge of the respective domain (Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Butler) to answer all facility, product, and service-related queries.
• Guiding, promoting, and upselling products and services related to the respective domain to increase sales and encourage repeat business.
• Answering phone calls and assisting guests using domain-specific applications for bookings, scheduling, and billing.
• Maintaining high service standards consistently to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Currently a student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
• Availability to start in August.
