Job Overview
This position involves a high content of matrix processes between sales and supply chain, working closely with local teams and fostering harmonious relationships with colleagues from various departments, including Accounting, Sales, Logistics, and Compliance.
Constraints: Numerous custom regulations (in continuous evolution), political instability in the region (Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen), and a high level of unfair competition from non-major players.

Activities
- Receive orders and PFI confirmations, coordinating with logistics on deliveries.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate export shipments for assigned destinations/territories for timely loading and shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Accounts, Technical, Marketing) for customer requirements for each order.
- Prepare shipping documents within or outside Letters of Credit as per country requirements.
- Operate Letters of Credit received from customers.
- Liaise with banks, shipping agents, inspectors, and other third-party agents, especially for destinations requiring inspection.
- Communicate and respond to customer inquiries/messages received by telephone or email daily.
- Arrange for all documents to be attested and legalized for every shipment as per destination/country requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping of old orders in the system.
- Collect VAT supporting documents, maintaining a record of received and outstanding documents.
- Send KPI and forecasts to distributors on a monthly basis.
- Maintain current updated procedures for each customer.
- Generate all relevant reports pertaining to sales orders, deliveries, and pending orders.
Aviation
- Process Air Total daily uplifts in Avidial and regularize the orders in SAP.
Accountabilities
- Handle face-to-face inquiries from customers.
- Ensure that the company satisfies its customers' needs.
- Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to the position's roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure shipments and customer requirements are met to achieve sales volume targets.
- Strict adherence to Group HSSEQ Charter & MAESTRO requirements and the affiliate’s HSSEQ Policy, Procedures, and specific rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSSEQ in all activities.
- Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
- Promptly notify the compliance officer of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control.
Candidate Profile
Knowledge:
- Commercial knowledge in handling Letters of Credit and export documentation is an added advantage.
- Experience in data applications; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Any project reflecting relevant know-how would be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.
- Creative, self-motivated, organized, with the ability to plan and independently carry out the job.
- Results-oriented.
Experience:
- Minimum one year within Customer Service or a similar industry.
Education:
- Graduate in Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative business science preferred.
Master’s degree in supply chain management is a plus.
