The Role
We’re looking for a fast, detail-driven Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our HQ Marketing team. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative, data, and growth — working directly with country marketers and performance marketers to ship and iterate on high-performing ad creative at speed.
This role is all about testing and learning. You’ll be producing and localising digital assets across channels (paid, email, landing pages, social), using performance data to rapidly optimise what you make. You’ll also tap into the latest AI tools to move faster, explore new creative directions, and push what’s possible with a lean team.
For the right candidate, this is a launchpad role — with a clear path to grow into a senior design position or develop deep specialisation in performance creative.
1–3 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced marketing or creative team.
A portfolio that shows clean, effective digital campaign work — especially paid ads.
Proficiency in Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
An interest in performance design — you want your work to drive results, not just look good.
Comfort using AI tools or a strong willingness to adopt them into your workflow.
Great time management, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
Campaign creative is turned around fast and on brand — with a strong impact on ad performance.
Country marketers and performance teams see you as a trusted, responsive creative partner.
