Interior and Landscape Designer / Drafter

We’re looking for a Drafter / Designer who’s sharp with SketchUp Layout and knows how to turn concept designs into clean, detailed technical drawings. You’ll be working closely with our design and site teams to develop precise, buildable outputs for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using SketchUp + Layout
• Prepare working drawings, MEP Drawings, fit-out documentation, and technical packages
• Coordinate with engineers, and site teams to align drawings with execution
• Handle revisions, redlines, and site mark-ups quickly and accurately
• Ensure all drawing sets are up to company standards and authority requirements
• Support design presentations when needed with visuals and layout documentation

Skills

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 3+ years of drafting experience in interior fit-out and landscapes
• Expert-level SketchUp + Layout skills (portfolio must show this clearly)
• Strong technical drawing skills: joinery, sections, ceiling, electrical layouts, landscape, pools etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and basic use of Photoshop/InDesign for presentation layouts
• High attention to detail, speed, and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple project deadlines
