Interior Fitout Engineer

Job Description

• Conduct detailed site assessments to determine the feasibility of fitout projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases while coordinating with various stakeholders and contractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget constraints while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate design concepts into actionable plans, addressing any discrepancies between vision and execution.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards throughout the fitout process.
• Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and insights, contributing to continuous improvement of interior fitout processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, providing a solid foundation in design principles and construction practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior fitout projects, showcasing an ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset, facilitating communication in diverse project environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick identification and resolution of project challenges.
