Job summary

Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Follow-up & Reporting Officer – Interior Fit-Out to monitor project progress and collect updates across multiple fit-out projects. You will coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, design, commercial, and subcontractors to prepare management reports and identify delays.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–6 years of experience, with advanced MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or project controls in construction/interior fit-out.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out workflows and construction processes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Monitor the progress of multiple interior fit-out projects and ensure timely follow-up on milestones.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Design, Commercial, and QA/QC teams to collect updates.
Track pending actions, approvals, material deliveries, RFIs, shop drawings, and consultant comments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for senior management.
