Job summary

Bim Ally in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out & Joinery Draftsman to prepare detailed shop drawings and construction documents for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience in fit-out and joinery, strong AutoCAD skills, and is available to join immediately in the UAE.

The role is on-site in Dubai with immediate joining requirements and a focus on accurate, execution-ready drawings that coordinate with site teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as a Draftsman.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
• Good experience in joinery detailing and shop drawings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing standards.
• BIM/Revit experience is not mandatory.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE only will be considered.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior fit-out and joinery shop drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings.
• Prepare accurate drawings based on design concepts and site requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with site teams, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed joinery drawings including furniture, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, counters, and other custom elements.
• Review drawings and incorporate design changes, site requirements, and comments.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and suitable for execution.
• Support the project team with drawing revisions and technical documentation.
