Job summary

Tanqeeb in UAE is seeking a Joinery / Fit-Out Interior Design Draftsman to prepare detailed joinery and interior drawings. You will develop production and installation drawings, coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams, and ensure compliance with project standards and UAE regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of UAE joinery/fit-out experience, a related degree, and strong AutoCAD proficiency for shop drawings and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Joinery / Fit-Out Draftsman.
• Experience in UAE interior fit-out and joinery projects is mandatory.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery, fit-out, and interior shop drawings from project specs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery, fit-out, and interior shop drawings based on project specifications.
• Develop production drawings, fabrication details, and installation drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate drawing submissions.
• Prepare as-built drawings and revise drawings as required by site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with client requirements, project standards, and UAE regulations.
• Review project documents, BOQs, and design details to support project execution.
• Coordinate with site teams and production departments to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Joinery / Fit-Out Draftsman.
• Proven experience in UAE interior fit-out and joinery projects is mandatory.
• Strong background in construction and interior fit-out works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Ability to prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and technical documentation.
