Job summary

Worood Interiors in Dubai seeks a Joinery / Fit-Out Draughtsman to produce detailed joinery and interior fit-out drawings. You will transform conceptual designs into precise construction drawings and work closely with project managers, designers and site teams to ensure accurate execution.

The ideal candidate has a background in civil/mechanical/interior engineering with 1–3 years of drafting experience, proficient in AutoCAD and related tools, and is ready to join immediately in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Interior/Construction Engineering.
• 1–3 years in joinery, furniture design or interior fit-out drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D/3D drafting tools; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Translate concepts into construction drawings.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers and site teams to ensure correct implementation.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with specs.
• Assist in material take-offs, detailing and documentation.
• Update drawings based on design changes or client requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet schedules.
