Job summary

TestHiring is looking for an Estimation Engineer to deliver accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The role requires collaboration with project procurement teams to ensure feasible budgets, competitive tenders and timely cost control during pre-construction.

The ideal candidate will have UAE-based interior fit-out estimation experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office and estimation software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years UAE interior fit-out estimation experience
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of UAE fit-out materials, suppliers and subcontractors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and estimation software

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents for interior fit-out projects
• Review drawings, specs and client requirements for accurate estimation
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive quotations
• Manage material sourcing and support procurement activities
• Analyze and evaluate project costs including labor, materials and subcontractor pricing
• Collaborate with project and procurement teams to ensure budgeting and cost control
• Maintain supplier pricing and market rate records
• Support pre-construction planning and cost control
