Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for an experienced Interior Designer in Dubai to elevate the presentation of IKEA's furniture and home furnishing range within the showroom. The role emphasizes developing inspirational, functional room settings, implementing in-store design projects, and translating concepts into practical solutions for customers.

Responsibilities include planning layouts, drafting perspectives, maintaining presentation standards, inspections, and supporting showroom improvements

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Demonstrated design and creative capability.

• Assist with planning in-house interior design projects.
• Prepare drawings and perspectives in accordance with the IKEA Concept.
• Implement and maintain showroom interiors and product displays.
• Conduct daily showroom inspections and ensure identified damages are corrected promptly.
• Support planning and implementation of the store commercial calendar.
• Maintain store presentation areas according to IKEA standards.
• Follow IKEA manuals when developing functional home furnishing solutions.
• Participate in projects involving the rebuilding or improvement of business areas based on performance and feedback.
• Support Visual Merchandisers with store projects and related activities when required.
• Demonstrate range coordination to customers through ideas and proposals for different rooms.
• Plan and decorate inspirational room sets that communicate practical home furnishing solutions.
• Assist customers with suitable design solutions for their homes.
