Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
2. Create detailed FF&E specifications, including furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
5. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
6. Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.
7. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all design elements are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source FF&E items, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
