Job summary

Euro Staffs in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Detailer/Joinery Technical Draftsman for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle interior design concepts, space planning, 3D visuals, and produce precise joinery shop drawings for production and site installation.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years UAE experience (or equivalent) and a degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, with SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop and MS Office

Qualifications

• 2–4 years UAE interior design and joinery drafting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interior Design: Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, material selections, and client presentations.
• 3D Visualization: Prepare 3D views and renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
• Joinery Drafting: Produce detailed joinery shop drawings, cutting lists, hardware schedules, and material schedules for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, doors, vanities, and custom furniture.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate with production, site teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure drawings match site conditions and project specifications.
• Site Visits: Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions, and attend site meetings as required.
• Documentation: Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and approval records in an organized manner.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, joinery standards, and relevant UAE authority regulations.
• Problem Solving: Resolve design and production issues quickly and efficiently.

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience or equivalent experience in interior design and joinery drafting.

Software Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Revit knowledge is a plus.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of joinery construction, materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing processes.

Drawing Skills:

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Personal Skills:

Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.

Driving License:

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
