Job summary

talentbridubai Dubai seeks an experienced Interior Designer and Architect to lead space planning, architecture, and FF&E across diverse fit-out projects. The role entails creating CAD drawings, coordinating with clients, and ensuring design aligns with budget and schedule.

You will collaborate with construction teams, oversee procurement, and present concepts to clients. A UAE-based experience of 3+ years is preferred, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings.
• Strong experience in interior design and FF&E.
• Ability to create comprehensive design plans meeting client expectations.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE interior design experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to analyze space, design needs, and space purpose.
• Attend client meetings to capture design preferences and requirements.
