Job summary

Lamsa Thaniah Decor & Fit-out is seeking a strong Interior Designer Architect to join our Sharjah team. The ideal candidate will bring creative concept development, technical drawing skills and knowledge of finishes, materials and lighting for fit-out projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include creating mood boards, 3D visuals, detailed drawings and joinery details, presenting concepts to clients and coordinating with architects, engineers and site teams to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant interior design and fit-out experience.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and details.
• Ability to read and prepare detailed technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare mood boards, layouts, material selections and 3D visuals.
• Create working drawings, elevations, sections and joinery details.
• Present concepts and materials to clients; coordinate with project team.
• Visit sites and ensure design implementation and quality standards.

We are looking for a strong creative detail-oriented and experienced Interior Designer Architect strong to join our growing team in Sharjah The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills excellent knowledge of materials and finishes and practical experience in strong interior design and fit-out projects from concept to execution strong Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Prepare mood boards layouts material selections 3D visualizations and client presentations
• Prepare detailed working drawings elevations sections shop drawings and joinery details
• Select and specify materials finishes furniture lighting and decorative elements
• Present concepts 3D visuals and material selections to clients
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors suppliers and site teams
• Conduct site visits and coordinate design adjustments during execution
• Ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and required quality standards
• Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in strong Interior Design Architecture or a related field strong strong
• 2 5 years of relevant experience strong in interior design and fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of materials finishes furniture lighting and construction details
• Proficiency in strong AutoCAD and 3ds Max with Corona Renderer or V-Ray strong
• Good knowledge of strong SketchUp and Photoshop strong
• Good understanding of strong UAE interior design and fit-out practices strong
• Ability to prepare and read detailed technical and working drawings
• Strong communication presentation and client-handling skills
• Creative organized detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Previous strong UAE experience is preferred
• strong strong UAE driving license is an advantage
