Requirements and Skills:

• Candidate must have experience in luxury villas, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Able to supervise work at the site, coordinate with suppliers, and be familiar with ID industry standards and international/local market suppliers.
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D drawings, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
• Expertise in layouts, CAD detailing, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
• Attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
