Job Title: Interior Designer (5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the interior spaces of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create mood boards, color schemes, and material palettes that align with client preferences.
• Develop 2D and 3D design presentations and renderings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with design goals.
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Provide client consultations, including design recommendations and project updates.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Strong creative, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and hospitality projects is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
