Job summary

RMJM is seeking an experienced interior designer in Dubai to develop concepts for residential high-rise and mixed-use projects. You will use AI-powered tools, create mood boards, and produce photorealistic 3D renders to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.

You will translate briefs into space plans, select materials, and coordinate with architects and engineers to maintain the design vision under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience with concept development and 3D visualization.
• Proven ability with AI-assisted design and visualization tools.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of BIM-based design coordination.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, texture mapping and realistic material representation.
• Portfolio showing concept design work and interior renders is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts narratives and mood boards for residential high-rise and mixed-use projects.

• Interpret architectural and 2D CAD drawings and convert them into detailed 3D models.
• Support BIM-based design coordination with architects, engineers and consultants to maintain design intent.
• Prepare concept presentations and design packages for internal reviews and client submissions.
• Turn client and design-lead comments into timely revisions while protecting the overall design vision.
