HIRING: Interior Designer – 5+ Years of Experience

We have an immediate opportunity for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for aesthetics, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle high-end projects, we’d love to hear from you. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client to assess their needs and adjust approaches based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, ideally in a luxury or high-end agency setting
• Experience within UAE preferred, but not required
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Vray/Corona, and other relevant design software
• Strong technical drawing skills and familiarity with building regulations and interior codes
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and decoration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients
• Proven project management experience and ability to lead multiple assignments simultaneously
• Comfortable working with demanding clients and tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Visit project sites to assess space availability and determine design requirements
• Meet with clients to gather information about their preferences, functional needs, and style vision
• Develop initial design sketches, color schemes, and mood boards based on client input
• Present concepts for client approval before proceeding to drawings and technical planning
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and 3ds Max
• Help oversee procurement of raw materials, furnishings, and fixtures necessary for project completion
• Coordinate and monitor project progress, keeping clients informed and ensuring deliverables stay within timeline and budget
