Job description

We are looking for a creative and talented interior designer to join our team. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial client consultations to final project completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop and execute design plans that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities :

• Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and preferences.
• Develop design concepts and plans, including sketches and 3D renderings.
• Select furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Create construction documents, such as floor plans, electrical plans, and plumbing plans.
• Oversee the construction process, working with contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Manage the project budget.
• Present the final design to the client.
• Conduct research on current design trends and styles.
• Stay up-to-date on building codes and regulations.
• Develop marketing materials and proposals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design.
• Strong creative and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in interior design software, such as AutoCAD, 3D & SketchUp.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
