Overview

Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and mentoring junior designers while ensuring high‑quality standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to execution, collaborating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and mentoring junior designers.
• Manage interior fit‑out projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and compliance, while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring a team of specialists.
• Generate business opportunities in interior design and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to create detailed design plans, manage projects, and utilize design software.
• Develop detailed interior design plans using AutoCAD and 3ds Max; create 3D visualizations.
• Prepare technical drawings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Assist in project management, design detailing, and quality monitoring while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Design innovative interior spaces, conduct site assessments, source furnishings while ensuring sustainability and client satisfaction.
• Use 3D BIM models, coordinate with teams, develop concepts, prepare documentation, ensure quality control, and communicate with clients.
• Lead design teams, space planning, material selection and utilize technology including AI.
• Lead high‑profile hospitality design projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior designers, and utilize design software.
• Lead luxury interior design projects, develop concepts, oversee specifications, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior designers.
• Lead design and execution of retail and leisure projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior designers, and use design tools effectively.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in interior design, fit‑out or related field.
• Strong leadership and client‑management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, 3ds Max, 3D BIM, and related software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• Experience with luxury hospitality, F&B, retail or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project‑management skills.
• Ability to develop innovative concepts and sustain client satisfaction.
