Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer Site Manager located in Dubai. The Interior Designer Site Manager will be responsible for space planning, architecture, creating construction drawings, interior design, and managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The manager will oversee the implementation of design projects, coordinate with the construction team, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture

· Experience with Construction Drawings and Interior Design

· Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and team coordination abilities

· Ability to work on-site in Dubai

· Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field

· Experience in the construction industry is a must with minimum 15 years of experience

· Preparing and managing design budgets.

· Selecting and specifying interior finishes, materials, and furnishings.

· Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and construction.

· Ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.

· Reviewing and verifying shop drawings.

· Monitoring the quality of on-site and off-site fabrications from an interior design perspective.

· Participating in the selection of designers, artwork, lighting, and signage consultants.

· Responding to design change requirements and coordinating with the project delivery team.

· Responsibility of interior design managers to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

· Ensuring the success of a construction design project from start to finish.

· Leading design projects from concept to completion

· Overseeing the technical drawings, plans, and specifications produced by the design team
