This role is vital for overseeing the execution phase of our interior design projects, ensuring that our vision for exceptional spaces is realized with precision and creativity.
You will work closely with senior management, lead the execution team, and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring our high‑end designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Interior Design Execution Leadership: Oversee the full execution phase, guiding design teams and ensuring concepts translate into premium finished spaces.
- Vendor, Contractor, Consultant and Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and specialist vendors to ensure workmanship and timely deliveries; review and approve materials, finishes, FF&E, mock‑ups, and samples.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams; prepare and manage project documentation (specifications, schedules, budgets, progress reports); facilitate client and senior leadership meetings.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Enforce strict quality‑control measures; ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in interior design focusing on luxury project execution (AHS typically requires 15+ years for manager roles; director‑level requires higher).
- Proven success delivering high‑end residential or hospitality projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities; advanced knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methodologies for premium interiors; excellent communication and client‑facing skills; ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects with high attention to detail.
- Technical Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools; solid understanding of FF&E, vendor management, and international procurement workflows.
