Job description

AHS, a premier leader in the luxury real estate market, is seeking an Interior Design Execution Assistant Vice President to join our esteemed design team.

This role is vital for overseeing the execution phase of our interior design projects, ensuring that our vision for exceptional spaces is realized with precision and creativity.

You will work closely with senior management, lead the execution team, and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring our high‑end designs to life.

Responsibilities
  • Interior Design Execution Leadership: Oversee the full execution phase, guiding design teams and ensuring concepts translate into premium finished spaces.
  • Vendor, Contractor, Consultant and Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and specialist vendors to ensure workmanship and timely deliveries; review and approve materials, finishes, FF&E, mock‑ups, and samples.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams; prepare and manage project documentation (specifications, schedules, budgets, progress reports); facilitate client and senior leadership meetings.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Enforce strict quality‑control measures; ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Innovation & Design Excellence: Stay updated on design trends, materials, technologies, and luxury solutions to maintain market leadership.
