Job description

AECOM are seeking a talented and innovative Interior Design Architect to join our Architecture studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Interior Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in creating stunning and functional interior spaces for a diverse range of projects from residential to commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project requirements.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the overall design aesthetic and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct onsite visits to oversee project implementation and address any design-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design/architecture.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and 3D modeling/rendering tools.
