Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Landscape and Interior Architect/Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both landscape and interior design, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to realize our creative visions. Responsibilities include creating detailed landscape and interior plans, collaborating closely with clients, and ensuring project execution meets high standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Develop and prepare detailed landscape and villa design plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
3. Conduct site analysis and assess landscape improvement potential.
4. Create innovative, sustainable landscape designs that enhance aesthetics and functionality.
5. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
6. Review and approve construction drawings and materials.
7. Stay updated with latest trends, techniques, and materials in landscape architecture.
8. Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle.
9. Ensure designs comply with local regulations and industry standards.
10. Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
11. Prepare detailed 2D drawings, including pool designs and MEP systems, in accordance with project specifications.
12. Produce high-quality renders; a portfolio of previous work is required.
13. Ensure drawings meet UAE local construction authority regulations.
14. Use UAE portals to submit for approvals, including NOC and DDA.
15. Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, engineers, and project managers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Landscape Architect or Draftsman, preferably in the UAE.
3. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
4. Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
5. Excellent understanding of landscape design principles, plant materials, and construction techniques.
6. Ability to create detailed, accurate drawings and plans.
7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
10. Knowledge of Dubai's local regulations and industry standards is a plus.
