Job description

An interim HR executive is needed for our client in Abu Dhabi. The position will be fixed for 2 months and is to start urgently.

The main responsibilities include assessing and reviewing the current rewards, compensation, benefits, and employment contracts, making recommendations to senior management, and implementing agreed actions.

The successful candidate will have prior HR experience, including in acquisitions and mergers, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and influencing skills at a high level.
