About the Job

We are looking for a leader to oversee the franchise, shape strategy, and deliver results across business and cricket operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the franchise vision in line with management goals.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Manage daily operations, logistics, contracts, and compliance with league rules.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance of management staff.
• Drive marketing, media, and fan engagement to grow global visibility.
• Maintain strong relations with league bodies, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Act as point of contact for players, ensuring welfare and support.
• Provide regular updates and represent the franchise at official events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sports management, franchise operations, or senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in sponsorships / revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
