A management consulting company is looking for a highly capable INTERIM CFO with extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will oversee financial strategy and operations, ensuring effective cash flow management and risk assessment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus significant leadership experience, is required for this full-time role based in the UAE. Potential travel to Egypt may be needed on average 2-3 days per week.

Ideal Candidate > The client is seeking a highly capable INTERIM CFO with experience in real estate and infrastructure development and leadership roles across mega city developments or destination projects. The role requires a strong capacity for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company.
Tasks >
Required qualifications > Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred. 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance) within real estate development, construction, or a related sector. Proven track record in fundraising, debt structuring, and managing relationships with investors and lenders. Strong knowledge of real estate project finance, investment modelling, and cash flow, along with financial governance, compliance, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Workload/Location > Full-time. Based in the UAE or Egypt. Requirement to travel to Egypt or UAE could come up at 2-3 days per week on average.
Start-date > Immediate need. The candidate needs to give availability within 15-20 days after Engagement Confirmation Letter.
Period of engagement > 6 months, with potential to convert into a full-time role.
