Job Responsibilities:
Lead interface management between multiple stakeholders, contractors, and authorities for seamless project execution.
Coordinate and manage permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements with DUSUP/ADNOC.
Develop and implement interface management plans ensuring smooth collaboration between various project teams.
Facilitate resolution of technical and operational conflicts between contractors and project entities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor project milestones, schedules, and deliverables to prevent delays.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for effective coordination.
Manage communication and reporting between different project interfaces.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits, compliance, and project tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
Minimum 15 years of experience in gas pipeline projects
Strong knowledge of DUSUP/ADNOC regulations, permitting, and approvals
Expertise in interface coordination, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
Strong background in engineering, procurement, and construction processes
Excellent project management, reporting, and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and documentation control
Immediate joiners or candidates with a 20–25 days notice period preferred
