Responsibilities

Project Deliverables

• Manage and coordinate engineering multidisciplinary inputs across multiple centers
• Communicate key principles and contractual basis to the Project Engineering team
• Prepare Design Instructions, Manpower Plans, and contract scopes
• Interface with discipline managers for resource planning
• Develop and implement work plans for disciplines and interfaces, tracking milestones and forecasts

HSE, Quality, and Assurance

• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and conduct audits
• Plan and implement HSES reviews and initiatives
• Develop project-specific procedures

Quality of Engineering Deliverables

• Develop and manage project schedules
• Address delays and changes, ensuring recovery plans
• Monitor and support change management and risk mitigation

Design Verification

• Drive and participate in design verification processes
• Support decision-making using contract conditions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor project impacts of changes

People Management

• Supervise technical professionals and review work
• Coordinate large interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively and lead team participation

Qualifications

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years in project delivery environment
• Experience in mega Gas processing EPC/EPCm projects
• Deep understanding of technical scopes and commercial aspects
• Knowledge of contract conditions for schedules and change management
• Familiarity with standards, specifications, and work practices
• Leadership skills in managing engineering teams and interfaces
• Strong communication and motivational skills
