We are looking for an experienced Interface Engineer (Civil & MEP) to join our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team. The role involves managing and coordinating interfaces between civil and MEP works on a metro rail project, ensuring seamless integration, effective stakeholder communication, and supervising the D&B contractor during construction to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage interfaces between civil and MEP works to ensure smooth integration and alignment with project goals.
• Maintain effective communication with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve interface issues promptly.
• Facilitate technical information exchange and ensure all parties are aligned on project requirements.
• Identify and resolve interface issues to prevent delays and disruptions.
• Monitor and ensure quality adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
• Track and report progress of interface activities, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Identify potential risks related to interfaces and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain records of interface activities, decisions, and resolutions.
• Ensure all interface activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• This role is based at the project office on a metro construction site.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interface management for large-scale construction projects, preferably in metro rail or infrastructure sectors.
• Prior experience working on metro or rail projects is highly preferred.
• Experience working in the UAE, especially Dubai, is ideal.
• Ability to join quickly is preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil and MEP works and their integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
