Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Interface Management Coordination Act as the main point of contact between ADNOC Tecnimont BUTEC and other subcontractors Identify track and manage all technical and executionrelated interface points between civil electrical mechanical and instrumentation disciplines Design Engineering Interface Review and ensure alignment of design packages civil structural and electrical from different engineering teams Coordinate technical queries TQ Requests for Information RFI and other engineering clarifications between Tecnimont and BUTEC Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications international standards IEC IEEE BS etc and project requirements Resolve any constructionrelated conflicts that may arise with subcontractors through Tecnimont Documentation Approval Process Maintain an interface register to document all key interactions and ensure traceability Risk Management Issue Resolution Conduct regular interface meetings to discuss and resolve open issues Work closely with ADNOC and Tecnimont teams to address any technical disputes HSE Compliance Ensure that all interfacerelated activities comply with ADNOC s HSE standards and regulations Verify that civil works are executed safely without affecting electrical installations and vice versa Participate in site audits safety walkthroughs and ensure corrective actions are implemented
