Job description

We are looking for a Interface coordinatorfor one of our clients with the following details:

Location: UAE - REMOTE SITE BASED ROLE (Locations like Asab / Qusawira / Bu Hasa or Habshan)

10 hours working (break included) / 6 days working.

Joining date: 1 month

Food, accommodation i.e. shared Porta cabins and transportation provided plus all inclusive fixed salary.

Experiences required:

• GCC work experience required: Minimum 5 years in major projects WITHIN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY. Extensive knowledge and understanding of interface agreement management systems and procedures is required.
• Candidates with Mechanical engineering background are preferred.
• Language preference: English

Service description:

• Define and manage interfaces between project components.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination among different teams and systems.
• Resolve conflicts arising from overlapping scopes or misalignments.
• Maintain detailed documentation and manage risks associated with interfaces.
• Develop and execute interface management strategies and plans.
• Schedule and ;lead regular meetings and teleconferences to align teams and enhance information sharing.
