Job description

We are looking for an Inter-Company Logistics Coordinator who will support our Planning Department in our head office in Dubai, UAE! This role will be involved with documentation following guidelines from the local government authority, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining accurate procurement records, and assisting in planners and performance monitoring. The successful candidate must have two-years of relevant experience, should have good communication and coordination skills, have an eye for detail, and be a confident decision-maker. Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inter-company shipments (import/export) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams across various company branches.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
  • Track shipments and handle any delays or discrepancies with concerned departments.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • College/University diploma or at least two years related experience.
  • Minimum two years related experience in Similar or Analytical field.
  • Must be familiar with any of the ERP systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (proficient in English), writing.
  • Good coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage and solve challenges.
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Highly innovative and proactive with a tenacious work attitude.
  • Positive team player with a confident approach.
