Intelligent Completions Field Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and refine installation processes, procedures, and documentation with the operations team and engineering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of pre-and post-job service activities.
• Review job design to ensure all relevant installation equipment, procedures, and processes are included.
• Ensure installation crews are adequately provisioned and all equipment is calibrated and safe to use.
• Perform preventative maintenance on installation equipment.
• Maintain assigned equipment and ensure compliance with regional safety regulations and procedures.
• Support the Sr. Field Engineer in installing our intelligent artificial lift products.
• Attend systems integration testing (SIT) for seamless communication with our products and customer interfaces.
• Consult with customers regarding our products and services to promote good customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct site surveys, technical investigations, and implement corrective actions with customers.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations, consulting with our engineering and technical support as needed.
• Support manufacturing and engineering with field troubleshooting and operational delivery improvements.
• Improve the effectiveness of the company's internal systems to increase efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.
• Collect, review, and archive documentation/information as part of the closeout process upon completion of operational activities.
• Actively participate in onshore and offshore site installations as required, considering long travel periods.
• Perform workshop activities and preparation as required by the Project Manager and Sr. Field Engineer.
• Support well start-up/unloading and final commissioning of the well.
• Be aware of basic well control methods and safety measures in case of onsite emergencies.
