Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, seeks an experienced Integrated Designer in Dubai to lead concept-to-craft across integrated briefs. You will work independently and collaboratively, elevating creative quality while sharing knowledge with peers and mentoring junior designers.

You will apply Gen AI tools to enhance ideation and production, stay ahead of industry trends, and ensure brand consistency across channels. Hybrid work model supporting flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong integrated design capability across static and motion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong typography, layout, and technical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of responsive design principles across digital platforms.
• Experience storyboarding and developing animation concepts for motion and video content.
• Strong grasp of branding principles and the ability to apply them across channels.
• Ability to present design rationale clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UX principles and digital and social technology trends (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, print, retail, and OOH.
• Design visual solutions that meet client objectives and campaign requirements, delivering assets across formats and platforms.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate strategic insights into visual communications.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, account managers, and social media teams to develop ideas that are original and coherent.
• Produce artwork and production-ready assets across multiple channels and formats — including static and animated online banners, Meta and TikTok content, OOH, print, and retail.
• Storyboard and develop animation concepts for motion and video content.
• Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines while exploring creative possibilities.
• Present design work clearly, articulating your rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Support junior designers informally, sharing knowledge and contributing to craft excellence.
• Apply Gen AI tools to enhance ideation, process, and output quality.
• Stay current on industry trends and digital design best practices.
