Job summary

OLIVER in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a mid-senior Integrated Designer to bridge concept and craft across campaigns. You will work independently on briefs, make design decisions, and raise creative quality while sharing knowledge with the team.

You will develop concepts across digital, social, print, retail, and OOH, produce production-ready assets, storyboard animation, and apply Gen AI tools to refine output while preserving artistic judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong integrated design capability across static and motion.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for multi-format outputs.
• Solid typography, layout, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital and social content formats.
• Experience with UX principles and design trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across digital, social, print, retail, and OOH.
• Design visual solutions that meet client objectives and campaign requirements across formats.
• Interpret briefs and translate insights into clear, impactful visuals.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, account managers, and social teams to ensure coherence.
• Produce artwork and production-ready assets for static and animated online banners, Meta/TikTok content, OOH, print, and retail.
• Storyboard and develop animation concepts for motion/video content.
• Ensure work adheres to brand guidelines while exploring creative options.
• Present design rationale clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Support junior designers and contribute to craft excellence.
• Apply Gen AI tools to enhance ideation and output while maintaining judgment.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
